Our Distribution of Rights - MRR & PLR Terms were last updated on 2/15/25.

At BrandFaceless, we provide Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR) on select digital products, allowing you to resell, modify, and profit from our content.


However, to maintain ethical business practices and legal compliance, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. UNDERSTANDING MRR & PLR

✔ Master Resell Rights (MRR): You may resell the product "as is" and allow your buyers to resell it under the same terms. However, you cannot claim authorship or modify the content.


✔ Private Label Rights (PLR): You may modify, rebrand, and claim authorship of the product. You can sell it as your own or include it in bundles, courses, or membership sites.


Each product will clearly state whether it includes MRR, PLR, or both. It is your responsibility to ensure proper usage.

2. WHAT YOU CAN & CANNOT DO

✅ YOU CAN:

  • Modify and rebrand PLR products with your business name, logo, and identity.
  • Resell MRR products exactly as they are, without modification.
  • Bundle these products with other digital offers to increase value.
  • Offer them as bonuses or upsells within your own business.
  • Use them for personal education and implementation in your business.


❌ YOU CANNOT:

  • Claim ownership or authorship of MRR products.
  • Give away or distribute the products for free (unless explicitly allowed).
  • Sell PLR products with MRR rights unless specifically permitted.
  • Use BrandFaceless branding, logos, or trademarks in any of your resales.
  • Mislead buyers about the origin or value of the content.


Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of your resale rights.

3. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

As a reseller, you assume full legal responsibility for how you market and distribute these products. BrandFaceless is not liable for:


✔ Any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from improper resale or misuse.

✔ The modifications, edits, or representations made after purchase.

✔ Any income claims, guarantees, or expectations you set for your buyers.


It is your duty to follow all applicable laws and ensure ethical selling practices.


5. ENFORCEMENT & VIOLATIONS

To protect our content and brand integrity, we actively monitor improper use of our MRR & PLR products.


If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to:


✔ Revoke resale rights without notice.

✔ Pursue legal action if necessary.

✔ Blacklist repeat offenders from future purchases.
